To become an official member, businesses need to submit registration information in 3 steps as follows:

STEP 1: Enter full information of the contact person (who works directly with the club) at the link: /dang-ky-hoi-vien.

Information to enter include:

- Full name

- Email

- Phone number

*Tick the box below the form if the contact is also the legal representative. After sending contact information, there will be a verification email automatically sent to the registered email. Click on the "Continue" button in the email to go to Step 2.

STEP 2: Enter the registration account information

- Account name (the system automatically is the email you entered in Step 1)

- Password

- Enter the password

*After being authenticated by the club, you can log in directly on the Website to manage your information. Click on the "Continue" button to go to Step 3.

STEP 3: Enter full business information

- Company name

- English name

- Brand name

- City

- Address

- Business code

- Phone number

- Email

- Website

- Logo

- Name of legal representative

- Position

- Phone number (of legal representative)

- Email (of legal representative)

- Type of business

- Founding

- Certificate of Business Registration

- International and domestic travel permit

- Authorized capital

- Personnel

- Are you a member of any Association / Branch?

- Main marketing

- Potential market

- Oriented development

- Click on the "Register" button to complete the membership registration process for Hanoi UNESCO Travel Club.


After 15 days from the date of receipt of a valid Online registration dossier, the Club will issue a Decision of the Executive Committee on recognition as a member of the UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club.
