The congress will take place on 10 and 11 January 2020, discussing urgent issues, getting ready for the 2020-2024 term of the Hanoi Travel Club.
The congress was organized with the purpose of electing a new Executive Committee, assigning responsibilities in each specific field of tourism; set out development directions and tasks in the upcoming term to enhance the position, role and activities of the club for the development of Vietnam's tourism industry.
The activities took place within the framework of the congress to strengthen the cohesion of club members, to look back on the past journey and towards the new term with the expectation of solidarity, close cooperation and development.
The program content for 2 days of the meeting includes:
- Conference of Unesco Hanoi Travel Club tenure 2020-2024, taking place from 13:30 on 10/1/2020 in the Chamber of Tiet of La Thanh Hotel - Van Bao, Hanoi.
- Famtrip "Green Journey" takes place from 6:45 - 13:30 on 11/1/2020, take the delegation to visit Ben Duc - Suoi Yen - Perfume Pagoda.
- Program "Exchange - Connect businesses" takes place from 14h - 17h on 11/1/2020 in the Crystal Room Grand Plaza Hotel, Hanoi.
- Gala Dinner "Three regions converge" takes place from 18h30 - 21h on January 11, 2020 with the theme "Connecting - Responsibility - Solidarity - Action" at Millennium Hall, Grand Plaza Hotel, Hanoi.
The congress was attended by more than 600 guests, including 20 speakers, experts and 400 CEOs who are leaders of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Agencies; Leaders of Departments of Tourism, Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of provinces, Information and Promotion Centers of provinces; Vietnam Association of UNESCO Associations, Hanoi City Association of Friendship Organizations, Hanoi UNESCO Association; Associations, Associations, Travel Clubs throughout the country; Club Members, Service Enterprises, Domestic and International Tourism.
